All families experience the evolving seasons of parenting challenges and successes. As parents, we sometimes need a roadmap to help us navigate our parenting journey or just be given a fresh lens to explore our challenges from an alternative perspective. In our parenting programs we provide tools that offer opportunities for meaningful connection, mutual respect and help to create boundaries from the heart, leaving parents feeling more confident with their parenting skills and in their relationships with family members. Offering group workshops, classes and individual coaching support sessions for parents and caregivers, we can tailor sessions based on the age of the children and unique challenges faced at each developmental stage of life. Parents will walk away with tools to implement and a fresh perspective that is both kind and firm, centering on connection.
In addition to our parenting courses, specialized parenting workshop topics can include: sibling rivalry, calming the chaos, parenting teens, risky behaviors, sex and sexuality, alternatives to punishment, Positive Discipline for caregivers, understanding behavior, as well as many others. Our programs draw upon numerous parenting resources but are based primarily on ‘The Positive Discipline’ program created by Jane Nelson and Lynn Lott.
Upcoming workshop and course dates will be posted shortly. Contact us for more information.
